The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme offers qualified applicants several government-approved investment options to obtain citizenship. Each pathway is designed to support the country's long-term development while giving eligible individuals and families the opportunity to become citizens through an approved investment. At ARMS Consulting Services, we provide clear advice, honest guidance, and end-to-end support throughout your application. We take the time to understand your goals and help you choose the investment option that best suits your circumstances while ensuring your application meets the programme's requirements.
The Public Benefit Option allows applicants to invest in approved projects that create measurable benefits for St. Kitts and Nevis. These projects contribute to the country's economic growth and may support sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, education, tourism, innovation, and community development. This option is suitable for applicants who wish to contribute to projects that deliver lasting value while pursuing citizenship through an approved investment.
The Sustainable Island State Contribution is a non-refundable contribution that supports national priorities and sustainable development across St. Kitts and Nevis. Funds help strengthen public infrastructure, environmental initiatives, social programmes, and other projects that benefit the Federation. Many applicants choose this option because of its straightforward structure and efficient application process.
Applicants may also qualify by investing in government-approved real estate developments. Eligible properties include selected hotels, villas, condominium developments, and other approved projects that meet programme requirements. This option offers an opportunity to combine a qualifying investment with ownership in an approved development while applying for citizenship.
Every applicant has different investment goals, family circumstances, and long-term plans. Choosing the right pathway depends on your personal objectives and the investment option that best meets your needs. Our experienced team explains each investment route in simple language, helping you compare the available options before making an informed decision. We also guide you through the documentation, application requirements, and every stage of the process.
St. Kitts and Nevis has introduced a National Biometric Enrolment and Passport Modernisation Programme to strengthen passport security and align its travel documents with internationally recognised standards.
For new Citizenship by Investment applications submitted from 14 April 2026, biometric enrolment forms a mandatory part of the application process. Once an application reaches Approval in Principle, applicants can book an appointment at an authorised biometric collection centre.
During the appointment, standard biometric information is securely collected, including:
The programme is designed to improve identity verification, strengthen border security, and protect the integrity of the St. Kitts and Nevis passport. It does not change or affect an applicant’s citizenship status.
ARMS Consulting Services helps clients understand the biometric enrolment requirements, prepare the required documents, and complete each step with confidence.
